The room was so cozy and modern, and I really liked the option to choose from different types of pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. It made me feel like the hotel really cared about my comfort.

I personally would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles, but I understand some people might like the flexibility.

I recently had a delightful stay at the hotel. The decoration in the lobby and general areas was charming and elegant, especially the beautiful floral arrangements and cozy sitting areas, making it a welcoming space for senior people like myself. The hotel provided excellent accessibility for senior guests, with spacious and well-lit corridors, as well as conveniently located handrails and ramps, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for us.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was really close to the tube station, making it really easy to get around the city. The hotel facilities were also great, as we particularly enjoyed the lovely bar. The staff were friendly and cute, made our stay all the more comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also excellent, with everything well-maintained and tidy.

The view from the 27th floor is absolutely magnificent, giving you a breathtaking panorama of London.

Couldn't change the temperature in my room, but hey, who needs control over their own comfort anyway? Just let the hotel decide what temperature I should freeze or sweat at.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue, which is located just a short walk away from Gloucester Road underground station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, particularly the reception staff who remembered us and always made us feel welcome. The rooms are well-equipped with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a comfortable sitting area, and tea and coffee facilities. The in-room air conditioning was also a welcome feature, which kept us cool during the hot weather. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast served in the dining restaurant, which offered a good selection of continental food.

We would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families as the facilities are great for children. Some guests have commented on the staff being rude, but we did not experience this ourselves.

This convenient location makes exploring famous attractions like the London Eye and Piccadilly Circus, with its fantastic shopping and entertainment, a delightful experience for families with children.

My wife says that an indoor play area for kids would significantly enhance the family-friendly experience.
